About Tim

Tim Helmick is a principal of Helmick & Company, LLC. With over 30 years of experience, Tim concentrates on providing business owners and individuals with the appropriate life, disability, long term care, and health products for their needs.

Upon graduating from LaSalle University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Tim worked for Massachusetts Mutual Life in Conshohocken, PA. In 1994, Tim formed his own agency and laid the groundwork for Helmick & Company, LLC. The company has remained independent ever since. Tim is licensed to sell life, health and fixed annuities.

About Michael

Michael joined Helmick & Company, LLC in 2004. As director of the firm’s brokerage division, Michael works with financial planners and insurance professionals to help them develop and implement effective risk management strategies for their personal and business clients.

Michael lives in the East Falls neighborhood of Philadelphia with his wife Dana, their daughter June and their two dogs. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, spending time on the water and cooking. He has graduate and undergraduate degrees from the University of Pennsylvania.

About Ted

Ted joined Helmick & Company, LLC in 2004. As Agency Manager, Ted oversees the processing of all new business and works with our carriers to ensure favorable underwriting outcomes for our clients, both retail and brokerage. Ted also manages our licensing and commissions departments.

He graduated from LaSalle University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education. Ted and his wife Danielle live in Riverton, New Jersey with their two children. Outside of Helmick & Company, Ted enjoys coaching youth sports and golf.

About Bernie

Bernie joined Helmick & Company, LLC in 2016 and is the firm’s dedicated client support specialist. She often serves as the primary line of communication between our clients and the insurance companies we represent and she works tirelessly to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Bernie, an avid golfer, lives in Springhouse, Pennsylvania. When not in the office or on the golf course, she enjoys spending time with her four grandchildren and playing pinochle.
